Accurate balancing for large-scale RC wheels

The HUDY 105505 Wheel Adapter is crafted to improve wheel balancing for 1/5 on-road models and 1/6 buggies. When used with the HUDY Universal Tire Balancing Station it helps ensure steadier handling and reduced wheel vibration on larger machines.

Precision CNC build and bearing support

The adapter features a CNC-machined aluminium holder and a durable steel rod that spins on ball-bearings for low-friction operation. A precision hex engages the wheel and the included machined tightening nut secures the fit quickly.

Broad scale compatibility

Designed mainly for 1/5 and 1/6 scale wheels, HUDY also provides optional adapters for other scales such as 1/10 touring and 1/8 off-road, giving hobbyists flexibility across different model types.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The adapter is optimised for the HUDY Universal Tire Balancing Station. It may fit other balancing rigs, but you should compare dimensions to confirm fitment before relying on compatibility.
Offset or widely trimmed wheels may still work if the hex and bore align with the adapter. Check the wheel geometry and ensure the wheel seats correctly on the precision hex to avoid misbalance.
Inspect the hex for wear or damage, confirm the tightening nut is secure, and check the bearing runout on the rod. Any play in these areas can cause wobble and affect balance readings.
