Precision and Strength for Off-Road Models

The HUDY 107570 17mm Off-Road Wheel Nut Tool is aimed at enthusiasts running 1/8 scale buggies and truggies where reliability counts. The large handle supplies the torque needed for stubborn nuts while the alloy construction maintains accurate dimensions over time.

CNC Finish and Protective Coat

Machined entirely by CNC, the tool seats cleanly on 17mm hex nuts to reduce wear and slippage. The XRAY-developed hardcoating enhances surface durability and laser-engraved markings on the handle aid quick identification in a busy pit area.

Useful Workshop Applications

Besides tightening and loosening wheel nuts, the tool can be used to hold the axle steady while a hex key is inserted through the handle to tighten the wheel axle pin setscrew, streamlining common servicing tasks.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is compatible with standard 17mm hex nuts, including many alloy types, provided they follow common 17mm dimensions used on 1/8 off-road cars.
Clean off grit and dry the tool before storage. A light wipe with an oily cloth on bare metal areas will help prevent corrosion and maintain the finish.
Yes. The handle is designed to accept a hex wrench through it so you can stabilise the axle while tightening the setscrew with the key.
The hardcoating is applied with precision so it does not affect the tool's engagement with 17mm hex nuts; it mainly extends surface life and wear resistance.
