Fine Adjustment for Suspension Components

The HUDY 107634 Arm Reamer is aimed at RC enthusiasts working on 1/8 scale models who need exact hole sizing. It resizes plastic bores to eliminate binding while avoiding excess clearance.

Reduce Unpredictable Handling

Small imperfections in arm holes can make handling inconsistent. The HUDY 107634 reamer puts the bore back to the right size so suspension motion is regular and predictable.

Purpose Built for RC Parts

With a 4.0mm tip and 120mm length, the tool suits common 1/8 scale fittings. Its hand-ground cutting features shear plastic cleanly, so the arm material retains strength without fraying.

Quick Reaming Method

  • Align the reamer tip with the suspension arm hole.
  • Apply gentle forward pressure while turning the tool.
  • Push until touching the handle, then rotate as you withdraw to avoid chipping.

Do this process for a snug, non-binding fit that helps the car behave more consistently when driven hard.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, it will work on many moulded plastic arms, but check on a scrap piece first. Softer plastics may require a lighter touch to avoid deforming the hole.
Withdraw the reamer while continuing to rotate it slowly. This reduces the chance of snagging or pulling material and keeps the hole edges clean.
Ream during build or setup so parts seat properly from the start. If you notice binding after running, re-check the bore and touch it up as needed.
