Sharper steering for precise control

The HUDY Aluminium Adjustable Clamp Steering Servo Horn is aimed at pilots who need a direct, low-flex steering connection. It is made for FUTABA and SAVOX servos with 25T splines and maintains alignment under repeated use.

Advantages of metal over plastic arms

Aluminium horns provide greater stiffness which lowers deformation under load, keeping steering inputs accurate. That improved rigidity helps with consistent lap times and predictable handling.

How to fit and check compatibility

Align the horn on the servo splines and tighten the clamp securely to avoid rotation. Recheck the clamp after running and confirm your servo is a FUTABA or SAVOX 25T model before fitting.

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This horn is for 25T splined servos. Using a different spline count will result in poor fit or damage to the spline interface.
It can be used with servo savers that accept a clamped horn, but confirm the geometry and that the clamp does not interfere with the saver mechanism.
Surface finish mainly affects wear and corrosion resistance; any coating must be thin so spline engagement remains accurate and the clamp seats properly.
Inspect after heavy use or crashes and check clamp screws periodically to ensure nothing has loosened and the horn remains true.
Use precise spline engagement, a snug clamp fit and high quality linkages to minimise play. Also check servo centring and link ball tightness.
