The HUDY 293496 Aluminum Throttle Servo Horn is CNC machined to reduce play and provide a more direct throttle feel. Its aluminium makeup stops the flex found in many composite servo arms.

Compatibility notes for Futaba servos

Produced for Futaba 25T spline servos, the V2 update fits many of the newer Futaba brushless-motor models. It should not be used with Savox servo splines.

Will this fit a standard Futaba 25T servo?

Yes, the horn is made for 25T Futaba splines and the V2 revision supports several newer brushless-motor Futaba units. Verify spline type on older servos before fitting.

Does it reduce maintenance compared to plastic arms?

Aluminium is more resistant to wear and does not deform like plastic, so it can reduce the frequency of replacements and keep throttle geometry stable longer.

Any installation pointers?

Ensure the horn seats fully on the spline, set the servo to neutral before attaching, and test travel limits to avoid binding. Use correct-length screws and secure them firmly.
