The Italeri 1366S provides a 1/72 scale interpretation of the SPAD S.XIII, developed by Societe Pour l'Aviation et ses Derives as an advancement over the SPAD VII. The aircraft used a Hispano-Suiza engine and aerodynamic refinements that helped make it effective in front line service flown by aces like Rene Fonck and Francesco Baracca.
The kit reproduces the SPAD's recognizable wing and tail geometry and ships with a super decals sheet featuring five distinct schemes so builders can choose historically referenced markings. It is well suited to display cabinets, model shows, or themed WWI collections.
