Add-on DIG for KC10 chassis

The Kyosho CLW002 Dig Kit is a transmission accessory designed to enable remote DIG control on KC10 chassis by using a spare third channel on the radio. When used, DIG locks the rear drive while the front wheels continue to be driven, producing a significantly reduced turning radius versus the stock setup.

Rather than relying on manual in-car switches, this kit converts the DIG mechanism so it can be operated from the transmitter. Drivers commonly assign the function to an auxiliary switch or a three-position control to engage rear locking only when negotiating tight hairpins or complex course features.

Fitment notes: the CLW002 interfaces with the transmission DIG actuator and the model's receiver wiring. Installation requires an open transmitter channel and straightforward wiring; confirm compatibility with your KC10 variant and consult the chassis service instructions before installation.

Used on KC10 models, the CLW002 Dig Kit adds selectable rear-lock capability that helps drivers hold tighter lines and reduce steering correction through demanding corners.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
DIG can reduce steering input and preserve corner speed in very tight sequences, which often translates to cleaner lines and potential lap time gains when used strategically.
Some access to the transmission area is necessary to connect the kit to the DIG actuator; the level of disassembly depends on the KC10 layout, so plan for moderate work to reach the actuator and wiring points.
The CLW002 uses an electromechanical actuation method suited for repeated use; proper installation and secure wiring help ensure consistent operation under typical racing stresses.
Practice activating DIG on practice laps to find the best timing for each corner type; start with late entry activations and adjust earlier or later depending on how the car rotates through the turn.
