It is fine for use on exposed gear sets, but sealed or factory-lubricated servos may not need additional grease. Only open and service units when required.

How do I remove old grease before reapplying?

Use a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol or a dedicated cleaner to remove grime and old lubricant, then dry before adding a fresh thin coat.

Will this grease affect servo centering or free play?
