The Kyosho 82145 - EP Starter Pack Plus supplies the key electronics components needed to set up an R/C car without hunting for separate parts. The bundle includes a 2.4GHz transmitter and receiver, a waterproof steering servo and the KYOSHO SPEED HOUSE 60A ESC. KSS gyro-assisted stability helps keep steering and throttle inputs under control so drivers can concentrate on chassis tuning. You will need to add a chassis battery, four AA batteries for the radio and a compatible brushed motor to complete the vehicle.

Transmitter Capabilities and Receiver Gyro

The KT-231P+ transmitter operates on a 2.4GHz FHSS system, avoiding manual frequency bands. It offers non-stepped trims and endpoint adjustment for precise calibration. Coupled with the KRG-331 receiver and its onboard gyro, the setup corrects steering behaviour and helps prevent loss of control through corners; the correction strength is user adjustable.

Servo Precision and ESC Features

The KS4081-06W waterproof steering servo delivers rapid response and strong centring with a 0.15sec/60 degree speed and 6.0kg·cm torque rating for reliable steering inputs. The included 60A ESC supports multiple modes and is compatible with 2-3S Li-Po or 5-9 cell Ni-MH battery types, accommodating a range of power configurations.
