Function and fit of the TC shaft and dummy brake

This RC replacement kit contains TC swing shafts and FZ02 dummy brake units offered as a 4pc set for the Fazer Mk2 touring car platform. The parts are supplied to replace worn pivot shafts and to restore the appearance and spacing of the brake assembly used on many Fazer Mk2 chassis.

For a Fazer Mk2 the TC swing shaft secures the suspension arm pivot and assists in preserving the original suspension geometry after removal of a degraded shaft. The dummy brake FZ02 is decorative and non-functional, providing the correct visual detail and clearance while allowing normal suspension travel. These parts are intended for radio-controlled on-road use only.

Fitment notes: clean the mating surfaces and inspect mounting points before installing, press each shaft in squarely to reduce the risk of binding, and recheck wheel clearance before final tightening. Use standard RC maintenance tools and keep original screws and fasteners where suitable. The kit is practical for scheduled upkeep, replacing fatigued components, or tidying a chassis after light impacts.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Check shafts for straightness and the dummy brake for correct seating; clean any burrs or old adhesive from mounting faces to ensure a proper fit.
They are designed as direct replacement items that match the standard Fazer Mk2 pivot locations and brake spacing, but confirm fit on modified vehicles.
These parts are intended to restore original function and appearance rather than to provide tuning advantages; they help maintain chassis geometry when replacing worn parts.
Anyone comfortable with basic RC maintenance can fit these items, but take care during press-fit operations and follow standard safety practices.
