Mad Van MOONEYES 1/10 Decorative Body

This replacement body set is intended for the Mad Van with MOONEYES livery in 1/10 on-road scale. It is provided as a ready-to-fit shell for model use only and is not suitable for any full-size vehicle.

The kit contains the MOONEYES steering cap along with LED-ready light buckets that will accept the optional 97054 LED lights. Buckets are pre-positioned to facilitate installation of aftermarket LEDs, and the steering cap follows the MOONEYES theme of the shell.

External dimensions are 378 x 154 x 135mm. Before final installation check clearance with your chassis, electronics and suspension; trial-fitting on the body posts and mounting points is recommended and minor trimming or hole alignment may be required for some setups.

Suitable for restoring Mad Van style cars, fitting LED lighting with optional 97054 lamps, or maintaining an accurate scale look for shows and club meets.

Fitment varies by chassis design. Check the body dimensions of 378 x 154 x 135mm against your chassis layout and perform a trial fit to determine required adjustments.

What is the best way to check for clearance before cutting?

Place the shell over the chassis and inspect wheel, servo and battery clearance at full suspension travel; mark any interference points and trim incrementally until a clean fit is achieved.

Are replacement or spare parts provided for the steering cap?

The steering cap is supplied as part of the set. For separate spare parts check with your model retailer or the manufacturer’s official parts listings.

Can I use this body for club displays and events?

Yes, the decorated shell is intended to provide an accurate scale appearance suitable for shows and club use, provided it is mounted and maintained correctly.
