1/8 off-road precut hard shell matched to Inferno MP11

The Kyosho IFB028HW white precut body set is intended as a direct-fit replacement for the Inferno MP11 1/8 off-road chassis. The precut layout exposes mounting holes and wheel-arch areas so trimming is minimal, which helps preserve consistent fit and handling between sessions. As a hard-type shell it offers a stiffer panel response compared with softer bodies and this can influence aerodynamic behavior and flex on landings.

Compatibility is specific to the Inferno MP11 platform; other chassis are not covered. Fitment follows conventional precut body procedure: seat the body on the posts, verify wheel clearance through full suspension travel, and secure with clips or the original fasteners. When changing from soft to hard shells, expect a shift in how impact loads are shared with the suspension and consider suspension adjustments accordingly.

Finish the body using polycarbonate-safe paints and consider masking the inside to control weight. Although the precut pattern reduces trimming, minor adjustments may still be necessary for tyre clearance or aerodynamic preference. Inspect mounting tabs and clips after heavy use and carry spares for quick track repairs.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Painting is optional but recommended for protection and style. Use paints meant for polycarbonate and apply thin layers to keep the shell light.
Possibly. A harder body transfers more shock to the chassis; you may need to soften damping or adjust springs to retain control after switching bodies.
Yes. Always dry-fit to check wheel and suspension clearance, mark any interference points, and trim conservatively before committing to paint.
