This RC-scale front shock component set fits KYOSHO Motor Cycle models and replaces common wear items with aluminium parts to restore front suspension strength (KM018/ACC).

The kit targets subcomponents that affect damping control and mechanical robustness. These aluminium pieces are used as direct-fit replacements where the original plastic items show wear or where a more durable mounting surface is required for regular use.

Fitting involves disassembling the fork bodies and using standard RC maintenance tools; no specialist equipment is necessary. On reassembly, check and set fastener torque and verify smooth fork travel. These components provide a stable interface to assist tuning, although spring rates and shock oil remain the principal tuning factors.

For servicing, clean mating surfaces and inspect parts for wear before reinstalling. Apply thread-lock to metal fasteners where needed and cycle the suspension to confirm proper preload and free movement.
