The V3R-0859 Delrin 59-tooth spur is a replacement component for Kyosho V One RRR and V One RRR Evo 1/10 electric touring car drivetrains. Delrin offers a lower-friction interface to improve gearbox behaviour and provide consistent meshing between the motor pinion and spur.

Installation follows standard touring car practice: remove the centre deck or gear cover, swap in the Delrin 59T spur, then confirm pinion to spur engagement. Use the donor mounting hardware and manually rotate the drivetrain to check for smooth operation prior to running the motor. Adjust mesh and shims as necessary to reduce noise and wear.
