This carbon front plate set is an aftermarket component made for the Kyosho Optima 2016 chassis, swapping the standard front plate for a stiffer carbon item to affect front rigidity and handling traits while leaving scale and drivetrain intact.

Fitment is limited to the Optima 2016 chassis variants and uses the existing front mounting positions. Installing the plate requires typical RC assembly tools and basic mechanical skills to remove the original part and secure the replacement.

As an upgrade, the carbon plate stiffens the front bulkhead and can stabilise suspension geometry during high-load cornering. Expect changes to steering feel and adjust vehicle setup accordingly during test runs.
