Mini-Z AWD 15-tooth alloy pinion

One-piece alloy motor pinion supplied as a single unit with mounting screw, created for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD motor applications. This 15T pinion is a like-for-like replacement for worn or damaged pinions on MR-03 AWD type motor shafts.

Fitting requires motor removal from the MR-03 AWD style mount to access the shaft, placement of the pinion on the shaft and securing with the supplied screw. Once installed, check the gear mesh with the spur gear and turn the drivetrain by hand to confirm smooth meshing before running the model. Use a suitable small hex driver and limit torque to protect the motor shaft and screw threads.

The alloy pinion is intended for standard Mini-Z AWD maintenance and tuning tasks where pinion condition affects drivetrain smoothness and reliability.
