Delrin ridge wheel blanks for Mini-Z AWD

These replacement rims are made for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD cars and supplied as a pair under model DMZA501FR2.5. Constructed from Delrin engineering plastic, they use a five-hole ridge pattern, with a 2.5mm offset and an 8.5mm nominal width, intended for MR-03 AWD style hub and hex arrangements.

They provide a stable, lightweight blank for fitting Mini-Z tyres while trying different offsets or track widths. Delrin keeps its form during normal running and helps maintain tyre seating and consistency across setup changes.

Installation advice: these rims are designed for Mini-Z AWD wheel assemblies and should use the chassis' standard wheel hex and fixings. Verify hub clearance and hex fit before final installation, and check tyre seating on the 8.5mm ridge profile to ensure proper bead contact.

Tuning use: changing rim offset or width will move the tyre laterally relative to suspension parts. These rims are useful for fine-tuning track width, resolving rubbing issues, or packing low-profile tyres into MR-03 AWD compatible layouts.

They are intended for Mini-Z AWD and list MR-03 AWD compatibility; confirm your hub hex and face dimensions to ensure a correct fit without modification.
Use the usual CA glue process for Mini-Z tyres and test on a spare rim first to ensure the bead seats well on the ridge before committing to a full set.
A 2.5mm offset mainly alters track width and lateral tyre position; any camber change is indirect and small, but it can influence handling when combined with other setup tweaks.
