This Delrin front and rear ridge rim assembly is supplied with tyres fitted to the rims, sold as a 1pr set and specified on the packaging as 5p, 1.5mm offset and 8.3mm width. It is intended for the Kyosho Mini-Z AWD platform as an aftermarket replacement or upgrade wheelset.

Delrin offers a lightweight, low-friction material option for small-scale wheels. The ridge bead profile helps keep mounted tyres seated on the narrow rims commonly used in Mini-Z AWD chassis. The pre-fitted tyres simplify fitting so you can confirm clearance and handling straight away.

Installation onto Mini-Z AWD hubs is simple: remove the original wheel, check hex fit and orientation, fit the rim and secure using the stock wheel nut or hex screw. Because the rims use a 1.5mm offset and 8.3mm width, always verify body and suspension clearance before fully tightening to avoid rubbing.

Setup note: these Delrin ridge rims change the tyre contact behaviour compared with foam or soft rubber race tyres, often improving turn-in precision on tight indoor layouts. Select an appropriate tyre compound for the surface to get predictable grip and steering response.
