The MG219T/0.5M is a 19-tooth motor pinion cut to a 0.5mm module, suited to systems where the motor tooth diameter measures 2.2mm. It is produced from 40Cr steel and treated for improved surface hardness to better withstand wear.
Fitment features include a round bore for the standard 2.2mm motor tooth interface and a retention method using two 3x3 set screws. Prior to fitting, confirm that the spur gear uses a 0.5mm module and that the 19T pinion gives the desired gear ratio to avoid incorrect mesh and early wear.
Fitting recommendations: place the pinion so the bore is flush to the shaft shoulder if applicable, tighten the 3x3 set screws alternately in small steps to ensure alignment, and validate the pinion-to-spur mesh under typical load. Changes to pinion size or mesh will affect torque and top speed, so note any adjustments for repeatable setup.
