Carbon rear shock stay tailored to MP11 fitment

The Kyosho IFW715 Carbon Rear Shock Stay is a replacement carbon plate created for MP11 chassis repair and tuning. At the chassis level the stay provides the structural mounting surface for the rear shocks and contributes to rear suspension geometry and local stiffness while maintaining the original mounting points.

Crafted from carbon fiber, the stay emphasises stiffness and consistent shock positioning. It helps reduce flex at the rear tower interface so that shock angle and preload changes deliver predictable results during setup. Use it to replace a damaged mount or when a firmer rear mounting surface is required for tuning work.

Installation notes and tuning role:

  • Installation: matches MP11 mounting points and is intended to use the existing screws and tower hardware; check thread engagement and clearances before final torqueing.
  • Tuning role: increases stiffness at the shock mount which can affect roll balance and transient response; pair this upgrade with shock and spring adjustments to tune handling.
  • Maintenance: inspect the carbon for chips or delamination after impacts and avoid excessive tightening which can split the plate.
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is specified for MP11 mounting geometry; some MP11 variants share identical tower points but always verify your chassis layout against the part before buying.
No special tools are required beyond standard screwdrivers and a torque driver for careful tightening to avoid over-stressing the carbon.
Temporarily fit the stay with original hardware, check hole alignment and clearances, then perform final torque checks once satisfied that nothing binds or contacts other components.
