Replacement Gearcase Description

The YOKSD302G transmission gear case is an SD-series replacement made from a graphite mixed resin that balances reduced weight with the stiffness required for RC touring car gearbox applications.

This set contains the main case and cap together with the screws required for installation, allowing it to replace worn or damaged housings on MR-4TCSD transmission assemblies without the need to alter the chassis. The graphite mixed resin construction reduces mass while preserving structural stiffness at bearing interfaces and gearbox mounting points.

When changing the case, ensure input and output shafts are correctly aligned and bearings are fully seated before final assembly; fit the supplied screws and adopt a conservative torque approach to avoid deforming the resin. The part is meant for scale RC use only.
