Mr.Hobby GSI-S49 Mr. Color arrives as an aerosol clear with an orange tint, intended to give scale model bodies a translucent colour wash while keeping fine panel lines and decals visible.

Make sure all base layers are fully cured and mask off areas that should remain untouched. Spray in light, overlapping strokes rather than a single heavy coat to avoid runs and allow short flash intervals between passes; trial the effect on a spare panel first. When applied correctly this tinted clear alters the base shade without obscuring decals or small details.

For the smoothest final sheen, consider sanding and polishing the underlying clear before adding this tint and apply multiple thin coats to reach desired saturation. Store the can upright in a cool dry place and use in a well ventilated environment.
