The MXW009 copes with uneven terrain using a swinging mechanism that negotiates large obstacles. A soft grip plate combined with sharp spike parts increases traction for improved control on rock, gravel and loose ground.

Reduced Effective Diameter for Stronger Climb

Using a 24mm sprocket versus common tyre diameters of 37/42mm, the MXW009 lowers the effective gear ratio to favour torque. That results in enhanced climbing performance on steep rock faces and technical sections.
