The Yokomo YOKB7-14525 spring is an accessory option for SLF Short II style suspension, supplied in a pink finish and the stated 1.4 x 20.5L x 5.25T size for easy identification. It is intended for RC setups using short-travel shock layouts.

Functionally, the spring modifies rebound response and roll stiffness without requiring new shock bodies. Installation involves removing the shock cap, taking off the old spring and fitting this spring so it seats against the retainer. Standard shock servicing tools are sufficient for the job.

Use the pink spring when making incremental setup changes: alternate springs to tweak transient behaviour, combine with oil and preload adjustments to dial in turn-in and mid-corner grip, and inspect the assembly after track testing.
