Precision mounting to improve alignment repeatability

The SD-304L motor mount by Yokomo is an aluminium accessory designed for the Drift Master platform at RC scale. It provides a firmer mounting surface than common composite mounts, helping to maintain consistent motor position and aid repeatable drivetrain alignment during drift use.

The unit emphasises secure attachment and stable alignment rather than adding extra brackets outside the stock Drift Master layout. Its role is straightforward: fix the motor in a steady position, make small setting changes easier to repeat, and cut down on movement that can affect spur and pinion engagement when drifting.

Installation notes: this part is made to interface with the existing motor mounting area on the Drift Master chassis. When installing, check alignment with the spur and pinion, ensure the drivetrain turns freely, and confirm screws are tightened properly without over-torquing. Regular checks after sessions will reveal any loosening or wear before it impacts handling.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks.
