The YS Engine YSG7051 throttle barrel seal is an RC replacement component intended for DZ70-pattern engine assemblies. It seals the interface around the throttle barrel to limit unwanted fuel leakage and air ingress that can destabilise idle and throttle response.

Its design delivers a close fit between throttle barrel and carburettor or intake housing to curb leaks that affect running smoothness. As a minor consumable part, it is often renewed during scheduled maintenance or when troubleshooting irregular throttle behaviour.

To install, remove the throttle barrel as directed by your engine documentation, inspect and clean the mating surfaces, then seat the seal evenly around the barrel before reassembly. Verify free, smooth barrel rotation with no binding; if movement is restricted, reseat the seal or check for debris. Never force components together, as this risks damaging the seal lip or barrel finish.
