Pump mounting interface, DZ70 range

This pump plate is supplied as a direct-service spare for DZ70-marked pump assemblies and is intended for RC glow engine pump installations. It provides the interface between the pump body and fuel pump assembly, creating a stable mounting platform needed during routine servicing and modest tuning adjustments.

The replacement is best used where the original pump geometry remains unchanged; verify alignment of bolt patterns and gasket seating prior to completing installation. Partial disassembly of the pump housing is normally required, and seals should be handled carefully to avoid creating fuel leaks.

For correct installation, seat the plate on dowel pins or to the bolt pattern, apply even torque to the fasteners as per the engine guidance, and check that driven pump parts rotate freely before filling with fuel. Use thread-lock on steel fasteners if that was part of the original assembly, and replace any degraded seals to preserve consistent fuel delivery.

This spare pump plate restores the pump mounting interface for DZ70-labelled engines and is useful to keep in the workshop for on-bench repairs and pre-run checks.
