The Yokomo YOKCSSGST adhesive is made for foam sponge tyre applications on 1/10 and similar scale on-road and drift vehicles. It bonds foam tyre materials without damaging the foam structure and is suitable for fitting inserts, repairing splits, or improving bead seating to produce reliable handling characteristics.
Only use this product on foam sponge tyre constructions. Clean away loose dust, fit the tyre to the rim, and apply a modest, controlled bead along the rim contact and inner bead. Press the tyre evenly to ensure contact and hold briefly until tack forms. Remove any excess immediately to prevent migration onto the running surface.
The adhesive will not change the foam compound hardness, but it aids consistent mounting and repeatable tyre setup, which helps preserve predictable grip. For multiple tyre jobs use minimal amounts to reduce the chance of built-up residue at the rim edge.
Use in a well ventilated area, avoid skin and eye contact, and keep the container tightly closed when not in use. Dispose of residues and empty containers in line with local rules. This product is intended for maintenance and tuning of foam sponge tyres on RC models only.
