YS-700 Super Blend Overview

The Yokomo YOKYS700 Super Blend Shock Oil is a silicone-based damping fluid formulated for 1/10 scale touring and buggy suspension systems. As a single-grade 700cSt product, it produces heavier damping for slower shaft movement and greater compression resistance where that characteristic is desired.

Use this fluid to tame excessive high-speed compliance and to stabilise rebound on smoother tracks. Preparation follows standard procedures: thoroughly clean shock bodies and pistons, replace worn O-rings and shims, then fill carefully while working air out before sealing.

For effective setup, combine 700cSt oil with adjustments to piston hole size, spring rate, and preload to tune handling. Keep the bottle sealed and stored away from heat, and avoid mixing silicone oil with incompatible fluids.
