Durable 23T Aluminium Servo Arm for Scale Motorbikes

This aluminium servo arm is a scale replacement crafted for Kyosho motorcycle models that use the 23T (C9) spline. Aluminium construction increases rigidity over standard plastic horns and creates a firmer mount between the servo output and the control linkage on model bikes.

Ensure your servo uses the 23T (C9) spline prior to installation. The fitting process is straightforward: remove the stock horn, align the 23T spline to the servo output, secure with the original retaining screw, and connect the linkage. Keep the original hardware and apply moderate torque to protect the spline teeth.

In practical tuning, an aluminium arm reduces flex and helps maintain repeatable steering and throttle behaviour. It is ideal where a more direct control feel and stable linkage geometry are required, for instance when adjusting steering centring or throttle return. Remember that the stiffer arm may increase load on the servo, so match it to a suitable torque-rated servo.

This arm is for servos with the 23T (C9) spline. Verify your servo's spline type before fitting to avoid mismatch.
By reducing linkage flex, the aluminium arm can make throttle inputs feel more consistent. Ensure the servo can handle the additional load from the stiffer arm.
Check the retaining screw and linkage fasteners regularly and avoid overtightening. Inspect spline teeth for wear if the model sees heavy use.
