Made for the TAMIYA F103RM on-road chassis, this 64-pitch spur ring uses POM material to provide stable tooth contact for maintenance and setup work. It is intended as a direct replacement where the F103RM gear pitch is required.
The ring performs the spur function inside the gearbox, giving the correct geometry for the motor pinion to mesh with. POM helps maintain low friction and a predictable wear pattern, which supports consistent mesh over multiple runs.
Assembly pointers: adjust spur-to-pinion mesh with standard shimming on the F103RM, confirm backlash and hand-rotate the drivetrain to ensure even engagement before powering up, and swap the ring out if you observe uneven or damaged teeth.
