Replacement rear shock tower for B-YZ4SF and YZ-4S chassis

The S4-018A is a 4mm graphite rear shock tower made for 1/10 scale YZ-4 series touring car chassis. It acts as a replacement rear mount that affects roll stiffness and camber behavior under load.

Documented fitment includes B-YZ4SF and YZ-4S variants. Before installation, confirm the mounting hole pattern aligns with your chassis and consider reusing the original six-point fixings when suitable to preserve the designed suspension geometry.

Measure the distance between your existing shock posts and compare hole centers to ensure the S4-018A lines up. Confirm your chassis code is B-YZ4SF or YZ-4S for best compatibility.
In most cases the original six-point fasteners will fit and should be reused to maintain the original geometry; verify thread engagement and torque after installation.
It is compatible with the listed B-YZ4SF and YZ-4S codes, but cross-check mounting patterns if you run modified or third-party components that may alter fitment.
Accurate alignment is important; misaligned holes or uneven fastener torque can shift roll center and camber behaviour. Ensure flat seating and consistent torque values when fitting the tower.
