Aftermarket Delrin Spur for Savage 21

This Delrin main spur is designed as a replacement for Savage 21 scale trucks. The polymer spur gives a durable contact surface for the motor pinion and gearbox and carries the 52T tooth count noted in DSAV1052T.

Installation mirrors standard Savage 21 practice: remove the gearbox cover, preserve original bearings and spacers, fit the Delrin spur onto the main shaft and check axial alignment and backlash with the motor pinion. Confirm a correct mesh at low throttle and spin the drivetrain by hand to ensure smooth engagement before sealing the gearbox. Always disconnect batteries and isolate power when servicing the drivetrain.

Used in tuning, the Delrin spur is a cost-effective sacrificial part for testing gear ratios or frequent spur replacements, lowering metal wear and simplifying upkeep. It is supplied as a single item and intended only for Savage 21 compatible RC platforms.
