Serpent provides three chassis choices for the Eryx 4.0 to suit a range of surfaces and driver preferences:

• 401639 - Carbon 2.0mm: Best on very high traction tracks due to its rigidity and minimal flex.
• 401640 - Aluminum 2.0mm: Typically chosen for indoor carpet where balanced flex and centre of gravity are beneficial.
• 401641 - Carbon 2.25mm: A slightly thicker carbon plate suited to outdoor asphalt where some compliance aids grip.
