Will these hubs affect corner entry?

They bias the car toward stability, which can make corner entry feel milder; you may want to adjust differential or shock settings to recover edge when needed.

Are they corrosion resistant?

The black anodised finish provides a good protective layer against corrosion and wear, but standard maintenance and cleaning after salty or wet conditions is still recommended.
