7075 T6 Chassis Upgrade for the Serpent 966

The Serpent 903323 aluminium chassis plate is an upgrade option for the Serpent 966 series. Manufactured from 7075 T6 aerospace aluminium, this plate increases structural stiffness and longevity while keeping standard component interfaces. The CNC-machined front opening provides straightforward access to the front anti-roll bar for rapid setup changes.

Integrated Cooling Slot and Kerb Protection

A cooling channel beneath the engine area assists in dissipating heat to help maintain consistent engine performance over longer runs. The chamfered edges minimise the chance of catching kerbs and help preserve ride height for better cornering stability.

Secure Carbon Fibre Battery Fixing

The chassis includes a revised carbon fibre battery mounting plate that secures the pack with four screws into the aluminium chassis. This arrangement keeps the battery rigidly fixed through heavy acceleration and directional changes.

Optional Front Stiffener Fitment

Drivers who want additional front-end stiffness can fit an optional front stiffener to the Serpent 903323. This extra plate allows fine-tuning of front rigidity to suit technical circuits that require precise steering control.

Standard hardware used on 966 models is suitable. The Serpent 903323 is designed to work with existing mounting bolts and does not need bespoke fasteners.
The cooling slot sits under the engine bay and is compatible with typical exhaust placements for 966 cars, but confirm fitment with your exhaust orientation before racing.
Anodising can protect the aluminium and alter appearance, but keep screw clearances and alignment in mind. Light polishing is fine for cosmetic upkeep but will not affect structural performance.
