The Serpent Viper 977-e brings a competition-ready layout to the 1/8 electric touring class. The 5mm carbon fibre chassis is engineered to provide a stable platform for fine steering inputs and predictable cornering balance.

Controlled suspension for consistent lap times

Independent double wishbone geometry matched with RCM shock absorbers helps keep tyres in optimal contact with the track, delivering reliable behaviour through repetitive laps and varying conditions.

Geometry and drivetrain tuning options

Complete adjustability for camber, caster, toe-in and track width allows precise setup work. The mix of a solid rear axle and an aluminium front axle with one-way bearings expands the range of traction and steering characteristics available to the driver.

Refined belt drive and gearing setup

The dual-belt drive with ballraced belt tensioners minimises drivetrain losses and keeps power delivery consistent. The supplied 14T motor pulley and 48T spur gear give sensible gearing for many circuit types.
