The Futaba FU11K06401 drive plate is a replacement component for the main gear and VR drive assembly in Futaba S9257, S9301 and S9304 servo types. It transfers gearbox output to the horn while keeping the VR drive interface that those servo models use.

Compatibility is limited to the explicitly listed Futaba servos, so inspect your servo model before purchase. Fitting normally involves removing the servo case and carefully swapping the internal gear stack; retain the original shims, bearings and screws to maintain the correct gear mesh and endplay. This product is intended for scale RC servo maintenance only.

When used during servicing, this drive plate helps restore VR sensing engagement and replaces worn main gear mounting areas. After reassembly, check that the servo centres accurately, that the horn alignment is correct, and that movement is free across the travel to avoid any binding when refitted in the model.
