This aluminium spur gear adapter matched with a 56T steel spur is built to fit chosen AXIAL drivetrains. It replaces the existing spur and adapter to change gear material or restore worn parts without modifying the gearbox housing.
The assembly is supplied with the small hardware and collar needed to secure the adapter to common pinions and spur arrangements. Fitting requires access to the gearbox and basic hand tools; confirm correct pinion mesh and clearance before using the model. The product is for model-level drivetrain work only.
What is supplied: 3x6 stainless steel button head screws (3 pcs), 4mm stainless steel lock nut (1 pc), Pellerin collars (1 pc), steel post (1 pc), together with the aluminium adapter and the 56T steel spur gear.
Choose this adapter and steel spur when replacing damaged teeth or when a steel spur is preferred; set mesh carefully and run a brief break-in before regular running.
