Aluminium steering upgrade for TA and DF frames

The JR-TA107-RD steering assembly is a red anodized aluminium replacement part made for TA01, TA02 and DF01 chassis configurations. An integrated ball bearing at the pivot reduces play compared to factory plastic steering blocks while the machined aluminium body improves durability.

Confirmed compatibility is for TA01, TA02 and DF01 layouts; check the front bulkhead and mounting hole pattern on your model before attempting to fit. It will not fit Top-Force DF01 variants.

Installation requires basic disassembly of the front bulkhead and steering linkages: remove the original steering block, transfer any linkage hardware as required, and secure the aluminium piece with the original fasteners. Verify steering throw and remove any endplay to prevent bind.

Use case: this assembly is useful when replacing worn plastic steering parts or when a consistent metal interface is needed for repeatable geometry adjustments like toe and ackermann tuning.
