1981 Honda CR450R Scale Recreation

The Tamiya 14018 kit captures the 1981 Honda CR450R, a classic 500cc era motocross bike. The build mirrors the 431cc air-cooled 2-stroke engine producing 51.5 horsepower and reproduces the semi-double cradle frame together with Honda's Pro-Link rear suspension.

Realism in Small Scale

Collectors will spot detailed engine cooling fins and an accurate Pro-Link arrangement complete with a metal spring. The model uses synthetic rubber tyres with a correct block tread to match period tyres.
