This 1/12 scale plastic assembly kit reproduces the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-RR as a static model focused on accurate external detail, offering removable bodywork to allow varied display setups.
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-RR marked Kawasaki's return to four-stroke grand prix competition, equipped with a 990cc four-stroke engine. The programme moved forward through iterative development and rider changes, including adding Shinya Nakano in 2004. The ZX-RR secured competitive placings during the season, with Nakano recording the machine's best finish of second place at the Dutch round.
The kit lists only confirmed inclusions. It captures the ZX-RR profile at 1/12 scale and uses precision fasteners so panels can be removed or reattached for display. The rear suspension features a realistic nut fastener and a small wrench is supplied to assist with that detail. Decals are supplied as water-slide Cartograf sheets, while synthetic rubber slick tyres carry Bridgestone branding. Two race number marking options are included.
A refined static kit for modellers who focus on external authenticity and display versatility; the removable bodywork supports exposed mechanical presentation.
