The Tamiya 18601 Nitro Thunder Blue is supplied fully assembled as a Mini 4WD, combining practical engineering with authentic buggy styling. The MS chassis features a three-part detachable layout and a mid-ship motor position which transfers drive directly to both axles, eliminating a propeller shaft and supporting a centralised centre of gravity. The body is crafted from ABS plastic and reproduces the classic Nitro Thunder and Nitro Force design cues.

Driving power comes from a type 130 double shaft motor, offering reliable performance for both display and track use. The chassis is compatible with a wide array of tune-up parts and accessories, so you can adjust rollers, gearing and other elements to suit circuit type and personal setup preferences.
