The Tamiya 18611 Rayvolf presents a transparent polycarbonate body over a lightweight, sturdy MS chassis, offering a compact package for Mini 4WD PRO enthusiasts. The chassis uses a three piece detachable design and places the motor mid-ship to help centralise mass and improve corner stability.
The Rayvolf ships with small racing wheels and tyres and a 3.5:1 gear ratio that leans towards higher top speed runs. It accommodates a type 130 double shaft motor to match club racing setups. Please be aware that two R6/AA/UM3 batteries are necessary to operate the car and they are not included.
Because the body arrives clear, it is well suited to Tamiya Polycarbonate Paints which preserve impact resistance while allowing eye catching liveries. The platform gives modellers room to tune suspension, tyre choice and gearing to suit different circuits or display preferences.
