The Tamiya 21032 Yamaha YZR-M1 '04 No.7 Finish is produced as a 1/12 scale finished display model intended for collectors and display presentation.
In 2004 the Yamaha YZR-M1 used a 990cc inline-four engine with development priorities around chassis balance and packaging that matched the four-stroke era of the time. The No.7 machine was associated with Spanish rider Carlos Checa during that campaign.
This finished model presents selected internal elements such as frame shapes and engine components for visual interest on display. The pre-applied red and silver livery arrives from the factory and die-cast metal wheels add realism through weight and finish. The overall length of the completed model is 172 mm and it is aimed at those who want a ready-made replica rather than a buildable kit model.
An attractive shelf-ready replica that emphasises period livery and visible mechanical detail, well suited to collectors and display-focused modellers.
