The Tamiya 24283 kit faithfully reproduces the Bozian Racing Peugeot 206WRC driven by Didier Auriol at the 2005 Monte Carlo Rally. The red and yellow livery and competition decals are supplied by Cartograf to ensure accurate markings. The real 206 used a 2.0 litre turbocharged engine and an electronic 4WD layout, characteristics reflected in the model's presentation.
The kit captures the compact proportions of the Peugeot, including its distinct rear spoiler and widened front arches. Detailed underbody components, cockpit rally fittings and the transverse-mounted motor are modelled for realism. Semi-slick tarmac tyres are included to match stage spec, and the box contains metal transfers, window masking film and grille mesh to lift the finished model.
