Introduced in 1942, the German Tiger I was produced to check the T-34 and KV-1 tanks. Two . 5 years following the first Tiger's launch, the belated manufacturing variation of Tiger 1 finished up being built in 1944. New features included a turret with commander's cupola with seven vision points, steel-rimmed tires of insulated by two elastic bands clamped between disc-shaped pressings, anti-aircraft device gun ring, side pivoting hatch, loader's hatch with periscope, and smoke exhaust socket based in the center the turret.
