This 1/35 model reproduces the Israeli M51 conversion with crisp moulding and scale-correct features for model displays. The conversion, based on the Sherman chassis and introduced in the 1960s, became notable during the Six Day War for its increased firepower.
The M51 mounted a 105mm gun in an enlarged turret and used a robust diesel engine plus HVSS suspension to cope with the upgrades. These technical traits inform the model's detailing and layout.
The kit contains photo-etched parts that significantly sharpen small-scale elements, but they require steady hands and appropriate tools. Glue and paint are necessary to complete the model for shelf or diorama display.
