The Tamiya 35100 British Churchill Crocodile C Tank model kit recreates a notable WWII support vehicle in 1/35 scale. This reissue faithfully represents the Churchill Crocodile, the flame-thrower variant of the Churchill Mk.VII that provided close support for infantry operations.

Operational Background and Capabilities

The Crocodile retained the Mk.VII's 75mm main gun while substituting a flame projector for the bow machine gun. Fuel was carried in a towed trailer pressurised with compressed nitrogen, enabling flame projection to around 82 metres. Production was limited to roughly 800 examples, making it a distinct support asset in Allied formations.
