The Tamiya 35311 release depicts Soviet assault infantry from the early years of the eastern front. It is intended for modellers creating accurate WWII soldier scenes and period displays.
The set includes five figures posed in realistic combat actions: a commander with a Tokarev pistol, two riflemen with Mosin-Nagant rifles, a soldier preparing to throw a grenade and a Degtyaryov LMG bearer. The uniforms reflect early war patterns, an area Tamiya explores in this release.
These figures are scaled to work with other 1/35 models, such as a BT-7 tank, enabling cohesive vignette building. The kit supports adding helmets, field gear and small arms details, and includes decals for lapel insignia to enhance authenticity.
